I love bird watching and have been inspired to recreate their beauty and fragility through the slow art of needle felting.

Flock on Wood Collection

In this collection, each bird is hand crafted and unique. I have carved their beaks from wood and painted them before attaching with glue. Each sculpture is mounted on a carefully selected piece of driftwood found on my walks along the beach.
