DELIVERY POLICY

I aim to parcel up and post your item within 24 hours of purchase. I always send your purchase First Class Signed for Royal Mail.

I try to use plastic free, recyclable packaging where possible. Or sometimes reuse packaging I have received myself. All felted items are posted in brown small-parcel boxes.

Earrings are presented in gifts boxes as seen in the listing pages and are sent in a protective envelope.

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, then please do email me to start the conversation on how best to rectify things.

I would encourage everyone to double check the pictures and descriptions of all online purchases, not just this site, to ensure that you are absolutely happy with your choice and have acknowledged the size measurements, and other information in the descriptions.
